The following criminal incidents were compiled from Saint Paul and Mendota Heights police department reports and other sources gathered between April 12-13.

Highland Park

Theft—Catalytic converters were reported stolen from vehicles at Cretin-Derham Hall at 550 S. Albert St. on April 7, on Albert Street and Scheffer Avenue on April 11-12, and the 1300 block of South Cleveland Avenue on April 12.

Miscellaneous—The front-door glass was broken at the BP Station, 2526 W. Seventh St., around 5:04 a.m. Tuesday, April 12.

Macalester-Groveland

Burglary—A residence was burglarized and a vehicle reported stolen on the 200 block of South Mississippi River Boulevard around 5:32 p.m. Tuesday, April 12.

   

Theft—The catalytic converter was reported stolen from a vehicle on the 1400 block of Grand Avenue on Sunday, April 10.

—A running vehicle was reported stolen on the 400 block of South Mississippi River Boulevard on Tuesday, April 12. The owner was able to track the vehicle, which was later located in Roseville.

Miscellaneous—A 27-year-old man was arrested for trying to flee police after officers responded to a report of a disorderly male on the 2000 block of Grand Avenue around 12:12 a.m. Saturday, April 9.

Merriam Park

Burglary—A residential break-in was reported on the 1700 block of Marshall Avenue between April 6-12.

Theft—A vehicle was reported stolen on the 1800 block of Saint Anthony Avenue on Sunday, April 10.

—Catalytic converters were reported stolen from vehicles on the 400 block of Desnoyer Avenue on April 8-9, the 1700 block of University Avenue on April 11, and the 1800 and 2100 blocks of Dayton Avenue on April 12.

Summit-University

Assault—A felony terroristic threat against Capitol Hill Magnet School, 560 Concordia Ave., was reported around 11:33 a.m. Tuesday, April 12. The caller said her juvenile son left on foot after causing a disturbance at the school and told her on the hone that he would return to the building and “shoot it up.” Squads checked the area, but did not locate the juvenile.

—A male victim suffered several injuries to his face during an assault at Pleasant and Grand avenues around 5:16 p.m. Tuesday, April 12. The suspect was described as a white male wearing a black jacket and black sweatpants.

Miscellaneous—A vehicle with several bullet holes was found parked on the 800 block of Dayton Avenue around 9 a.m. Monday, April 11.

West End

Theft—A vehicle was reported stolen on the 200 block of Wilkin Street on Monday, April 11.

—The catalytic converter was reported stolen from a vehicle at the Waterford Bay Apartments, 380 Randolph Ave., on April 11-12.
