The following criminal incidents were compiled from Saint Paul and Mendota Heights police department reports and other sources gathered between August 25-29.

Highland Park

Robbery—A strong-arm robbery was reported on Cretin and Watson avenues around 8:40 a.m. Friday, August 26. The female victim was injured and taken to the hospital.

Burglary—Jie Ming Mandarin Immersion Academy, 1845 Sheridan Ave., was burglarized around 12:53 a.m. Thursday, August 25.

Theft—Catalytic converters were reported stolen from vehicles on the 1300 block of Edgcumbe Road on August 23, the 1800 block of Hillcrest Avenue on August 23-24, the 1900 block of Rome Avenue on August 24, on Inner Drive on August 25-26, and the 700 block of South Lexington Parkway on August 26-27.

—Vehicles were reported stolen on the 1100 block of Elway Street on August 23-25, and the 1300 block of East Maynard Drive on August 27-28.

—Thefts from vehicles were reported at Crosby Farm Park on the mornings of August 26 and 27.

—Lockers were broken into and multiple items were reported stolen, including a vehicle, at Corepower, 680 S. Cleveland Ave., between 6:37-7:53 p.m. Saturday, August 27.

Assault—An assault was reported near Elway Post Office at 1715 W. Seventh St., around 2:39 p.m. Friday, August 26.

Lexington-Hamline

Theft—Catalytic converters were reported stolen from vehicles on the 300 block of North Lexington Parkway on August 22-24, and the 400 block of North Lexington on August 26.

—A electric scooter was reported stolen on the 100 block of North Lexington between 5:35-8:20 p.m. Wednesday, August 24.

—A 32-year-old man was arrested for trying to steal more than $680 in items from the Midway Target on August 24. A 56-year-old man was cited for trespassing and trying to steal more than $500 in items from the store on August 28.

Assault—A 35-year-old woman was cited for kicking an Uber driver in the back of his head at the Midway Target around 1:18 p.m. Saturday, August 27.

Miscellaneous—Felony damage to property was reported on the 1200 block of Hague Avenue on August 23, and at Skyline Tower at 1247 Saint Anthony Ave. on August 28.

—A 33-year-old man was arrested for DWI after he was found slumped over behind the wheel of a vehicle on North Lexington and I-94 around 4:31 a.m. Sunday, August 28.

Macalester-Groveland

Burglary—A 29-year-old woman and 33-year-old man were arrested for felony burglary of a garage on the 1700 block of Sanford Avenue around 3:13 a.m. Sunday, August 28. Credit cards stolen during the burglary were used at a nearby gas station, where squads stopped the suspects and observed items from the garage inside of their vehicle.

Theft—A bicycle valued at more than $1,000 was reported stolen on the 1500 block of Osceola Avenue on August 22-23.

—A moped was reported stolen on Brimhall Street and Randolph Avenue during the evening of August 24-25.

—Vehicles reported stolen on the 1500 block of Osceola Avenue on August 25-26, and the 1400 block of Saint Clair Avenue on August 28.

—The catalytic converter was reported stolen from a vehicle on the 1400 block of Jefferson Avenue on August 27-28.

Sex crime—A 36-year-old man was arrested for window peeping on the 400 block of South Saratoga Street around 2:39 a.m. Saturday, August 27.

Miscellaneous—Felony damage to property was reported on the 1800 block of Saint Clair Avenue on August 13-28, on Lexington Parkway and Randolph Avenue on August 24.

Mendota Heights/Lilydale

Theft—The catalytic converter was reported stolen from a vehicle on the 1000 block of Northland Drive on August 25.

Miscellaneous—Minor damage was caused to city property by a person launching a boat on Rogers Lake around 9:12 p.m. Friday, August 19.

—Several juveniles reportedly entered a locked area and defecated in a pool on the 1000 block of Lilydale Road around 2:01 a.m. Friday, August 19.

—A bicyclist suffered minor injuries from being struck by a vehicle on the 1800 block of Lilydale Road around 11:27 a.m. Friday, August 26.

Merriam Park

Theft—Vehicles were reported stolen on the 400 block of North Fairview Avenue on August 24, and the 1700 block of Dayton Avenue on August 26-27.

—Catalytic converters were reported stolen from vehicles on the 300 block of North Wilder Street and the 2200 block of University Avenue on August 24.

Snelling-Hamline

Burglary—An occupied residence was broken into and a vehicle was reported stolen on the 1500 block of Portland Avenue around 10:09 a.m. Thursday, August 25.

Theft—A vehicle was reported stolen on Saratoga Street and Hague Avenue on August 27.

Summit Hill

Theft—Vehicles were reported stolen on the 500 block of Lincoln Avenue and at the Speedway at 925 Grand Ave. on August 26, and the 500 block of Lincoln on August 27.

Assault—A man was taken to the hospital for an assault that happened near Tavern on Grand, 656 Grand Ave., around 2:22 a.m. Saturday, August 27.

Miscellaneous—A driver was taken to the hospital after crashing into the front yard of a residence on the 900 block of Saint Clair Avenue around 11:08 a.m. Saturday, August 27.

Summit-University

Robbery—A strong-arum robbery was reported on the 1000 block of Laurel Avenue around 9:30 p.m. Wednesday, August 24.

Theft—Catalytic converters were reported stolen from vehicles on the 200 block of North Western Avenue on August 22-23, and on Exchange and Sherman streets on August 25.

—Vehicles were reported stolen on the 800 block of Marshall Avenue and the 700 block of Concordia Avenue on August 24, and the 800 block of Marshall on August 25.

Assault—A man and his girlfriend were reportedly being chased by a man with a butcher knife on the 700 block of Concordia Avenue around 3:08 p.m. Saturday, August 27.

Miscellaneous—Pedestrians were struck by vehicles on Concordia Avenue and Grotto Street around 1:06 p.m. Wednesday, August 24, and on Selby and Western avenues around 4:30 p.m. Friday, August 26.

—Felony damage to property was reported on the 800 block of Hague Avenue on August 25.

West End

Theft—A vehicle was reported stolen on Irvine Park near Walnut Street on August 24.

—The catalytic converter was reported stolen from a vehicle on the 300 block of Duke Street on August 26.

Assault—An assault was reported on the 300 block of South Exchange Street around 9:15 p.m. Wednesday, August 24.

—A theft of more than $1,000 was reported by Chops Inc. at the Keg & Case Market, 928 W. Seventh St., on August 25.

—A wallet with a lot of bank cards and cash was reported stolen from a woman’s bag at Cossetta’s , 211 W. Seventh St., around 7:22 p.m. Thursday, August 25.

Miscellaneous—Felony damage to property was reported on the 300 block of Randolph Avenue and the 200 block of Spring Street on August 23.
