UST should have figured all of this out before it applied for Division 1 status. The UST hockey team can play hockey at the Xcel Center and the UST baseball team can play baseball at the CHS Field.
I believe a member of the Ryan family is on the board of trustees at the University of Saint Thomas. If so, that appears to me to be a conflict of interest!
