The following criminal incidents were compiled from Saint Paul and Mendota Heights police department reports and other sources gathered between September 20-21.

Highland Park

Theft—Vehicles were reported stolen on the 1200 block of East Maynard Drive on September 12-19, the 400 block of South Snelling Avenue on September 18-19, and on Hamline Avenue and Bohland Place on September 20.

—A scooter was reported stolen on the 1600 block of Randolph Avenue on September 16-19.

Miscellaneous—Felony damage to property was reported near Five Guys, 2026 Ford Pkwy., around 10 p.m. Monday, September 19.

Lexington-Hamline

Robbery—A male suspect reportedly robbed a woman of the cash she had withdrawn from an ATM at Speedway, 399 N. Lexington Pkwy., around 3:40 p.m. Tuesday, September 20.

Burglary—A 35-year-old man was arrested for felony burglary and violation of a order banning him from the property after he reportedly tried to steal a full cart of merchandise at the Midway Target around 2:06 p.m. Monday, September 19.

Assault—A security officer reportedly suffered a concussion from being assaulted by a student at Central High School around noon Monday, September 19.

Miscellaneous—A suspect reportedly threw items and damaged a vehicle during a road rage incident on Lexington Parkway and Marshall Avenue around 6:26 p.m. Monday, September 19.

Macalester-Groveland

Theft—A vehicle was reported stolen on the 1500 block of Goodrich Avenue on September 11-19.

Merriam Park

Burglary—Dunkin’ Donuts, 143 N. Snelling Ave., was broken into during the evening of September 18-19.

—A residential break-in was reported on the 2000 block of Selby Avenue between 4:16-10:06 p.m. Monday, September 19.

Theft—Catalytic converters were reported stolen from vehicles on Iglehart Avenue and Dewey Street on September 17, the 1500 block of Selby Avenue and the 1600 block of Carroll Avenue on September 19, and the 1600 block of Saint Anthony Avenue on September 19-20.

—Vehicles were reported stolen on the 1600 block of Ashland Avenue on September 19, and the 1500 block of Portland Avenue on September 20-21.

Snelling-Hamline

Theft—Catalytic converters were reported stolen from vehicles on the 1400 block of Selby Avenue on September 18, and on Snelling and Ashland avenues on September 18-19.

Assault—A woman was reportedly assaulted at University and Snelling avenues around 11:18 p.m. Tuesday, September 20.

Summit Hill

Burglary—Two males went behind the counter and took the money out of the cash register at Bravo Bakery, 1106 Grand Ave., around 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, September 20.

Theft—A vehicle was reported stolen on Lexington Parkway and Saint Clair Avenue on September 15-17.

Summit-University

Theft—Catalytic converters were reported stolen from vehicles on the 800 block of Marshall Avenue and the 800 block of Dayton Avenue on September 19.

West End

Theft—A vehicle was reported stolen on the 300 block of West Seventh Street on September 19.

—The catalytic converter was reported stolen from a vehicle on the 400 block of Daly Street on September 19-20.

Weapons—A man was charged with carrying a gun without a permit after police responded to a call of a homeless male causing a disturbance and refusing to leave a building on the 100 block of Forbes Avenue around 11:11 a.m. Monday, September 19.
