The following criminal incidents were compiled from Saint Paul and Mendota Heights police department reports and other sources gathered between September 22-26.

Highland Park

Theft—Catalytic converters were reported stolen from vehicles on the 2300 block of Youngman Avenue on September 20, and the 2000 block of Randolph Avenue on September 21.

—Items valued at more than $1,000 were reported stolen from a vehicle at Hidden Falls Park between 5:01-6:38 p.m. Thursday, September 22.

Lexington-Hamline

Theft—A vehicle was reported stolen at Skyline Tower, 1247 Saint Anthony Ave., on the evening of September 22-23.

—A 41-year-old woman was arrested for felony theft at the Midway Target around 8:11 p.m. Friday, September 23.

Miscellaneous—A man was struck by a vehicle while riding his bicycle on Saint Anthony Avenue and Griggs Street around 8:36 p.m. Tuesday, September 20.

Macalester-Groveland

Burglary—A neighbor is suspected of stealing alcohol from an occupied apartment on the 2100 block of Grand Avenue around 3 a.m. Sunday, September 18.

Theft—Catalytic converters were reported stolen from vehicles on the 1400 block of Osceola Avenue on September 20-21, on Grand Avenue and Macalester Street on September 21-22, and on Macalester and Summit Avenue on September 24.

—A bicycle valued at more than $1,000 was reported stolen on the 1600 block of Grand Avenue on the evening of September 20-21.

—Vehicles were reported stolen on the 1300 block of Jefferson Avenue on September 24, and the 1800 block of Randolph Avenue on September 24-25.

Mendota Heights

Theft—Catalytic converters were reported stolen from two vehicles on the 1100 block of Highway 13 on September 20.

Miscellaneous—A man with multiple felony warrants was apprehended after he tried to flee from police on bicycle and on foot around 11:53 p.m. Saturday, September 17, on Lexington Avenue and Dakota Drive.

—A woman with outstanding warrants was arrested after she was found loitering inside the lobby of a closed business on the 700 block of Main Street around 5:49 a.m. Tuesday, September 20.

—A terminated employee was banned from the property after he reportedly was being disorderly on the 700 block of South Plaza Drive around 1:20 p.m. Tuesday, September 20.

Merriam Park

Robbery—A woman was pushed down and robbed of her purse on Oakley and Prior avenues around 11 p.m. Wednesday, September 21. She was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

Burglary—A residential burglary was reported on the 2000 block of Roblyn Avenue between 2:11-3:32 p.m. Thursday, September 22.

—An apartment break-in was reported on the 1700 block of Ashland Avenue between 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Saturday, September 24.

Theft—The catalytic converter was reported stolen from a vehicle on the 100 block of North Wilder Street on September 19.

—Vehicles were reported stolen on the 1700 block of Ashland Avenue on September 20-21 and 22-23.

—A bicycle valued at more than $1,000 was reported stolen on the 2000 block of Saint Anthony Avenue during the evening of September 22-23.

—A handgun was reported stolen from a vehicle on the 500 block of Desnoyer Avenue around 9:57 a.m. Thursday, September 22.

Assault—A 22-year-old man was arrested for assault with a dangerous weapon and attempting to flee police after he reportedly rammed a Hennepin County Sheriff’s squad car with his vehicle around 6:22 p.m. Thursday, September 22, on the 500 block of North Prior Avenue.

Snelling-Hamline

Theft—Vehicles were reported stolen on the 200 block of North Hamline Avenue on September 22, and the 1500 block of Iglehart Avenue on September 24-25.

Summit Hill

Burglary—A garage was broken into and multiple items were reported stolen, including four motorcycles, on the 500 block of Lincoln Avenue around 5:44 a.m. Thursday, September 22.

Theft—Catalytic converters were reported stolen from vehicles on Fairmount Avenue and Dunlap Street on September 22, the 500 block of Holly Avenue on September 23-24, and the 700 block of Grand Avenue on September 25.

—A purse-snatching was reported at Victoria Crossing West Mall, 867 Grand Ave., around 1 p.m. Thursday, September 22.

—A window was shattered and two Apple products worth about $2,700 were reported stolen from a vehicle on the 1000 block of Grand Avenue around 8:45 a.m. Friday, September 23.

Weapons—Gunfire was reported on the 200 block of South Dunlap Street around 11:07 p.m. Thursday, September 22.

—A handgun was turned over to police after reportedly being left by a customer at Chase Bank, 1039 Grand Ave., around 1:30 p.m. Saturday, September 24.

Miscellaneous—Felony damage was reported at Toppers Pizza, 1154 Grand Ave., around 2:35 a.m. Sunday, September 18.

—A 41-year-old woman with several outstanding warrants was arrested after police responded to a report that she was checking door handles on vehicles on Grand Avenue and Dale Street around 2:02 a.m. Friday, September 23.

Summit-University

Burglary—Keys were reported stolen from a storage room of a building on the 700 block of Holly Avenue on September 24-25.

Theft—A running vehicle was reported stolen on the 600 block of Selby Avenue between 9:52-10:13 p.m. Wednesday, September 21.

—Catalytic converters were reported stolen from vehicles on Chatsworth Street and Ashland Avenue on September 25, and on Grotto Street and Ashland Avenue on September 25.

Assault—A felony threat of violence was reported at Capitol Hill Magnet School, 560 Concordia Ave., around 4:59 p.m. Thursday, September 22.

—An assault was reported at the Handsome Hog, 173 N. Western Ave., around 11:04 p.m. Saturday, September 24.

—An assault with a gun was reported on the 1000 block of Hague Avenue around 3:12 a.m. Saturday, September 24.

Miscellaneous—A 60-year-old man was arrested for damage to property after trying to break into Claddagh Coffee, 612 Selby Ave., around 12:44 a.m. Saturday, September 24.

West End

Robbery—A strong-arm robbery was reported on the 200 block of Wilkin Street around 6:47 p.m. Friday, September 23.

Theft—A vehicle was reported stolen on the 1000 block of Montreal Avenue on September 24.

Assault—A man was shot on the 800 block of Armstrong Avenue around 7:27 p.m. Tuesday, September 13.

—Officers responded to United Hospital regarding a gunshot wound victim around 2:34 a.m. Sunday, September 25.

Miscellaneous—Felony damage to property was reported on Chestnut and Exchange streets on Tuesday, September 20.
