The following criminal incidents were compiled from Saint Paul and Mendota Heights police department reports and other sources gathered between September 27-28.

Highland Park

Theft—Catalytic converters were reported stolen from vehicles on the 1700 block of Randolph Avenue on September 24, the 1700 block of Ford Parkway on September 25-26, and the 1700 block of Graham Avenue on September 26.

—A theft from auto was reported at Crosby Farm Park between 12:45-1:05 p.m. Monday, September 26.

Lexington-Hamline

Theft—The catalytic converter was reported stolen from a vehicle on the 1200 block of Selby Avenue on September 25.

—A 47-year-old woman was arrested for trying to steal more than $500 in merchandise from the Midway Target around 11:34 a.m. Tuesday, September 27.

Macalester-Groveland

Theft—Catalytic converters were reported stolen from vehicles on the 400 block of South Fairview Avenue on September 18, the 1800 block of Wellesley Avenue on September 24, on Jefferson Avenue and Wheeler Street on September 24, and the 400 block of South Prior Avenue on September 26-27.

Merriam Park

Theft—A vehicle was reported stolen on the 1500 block of Selby Avenue on September 19.

—The catalytic converter was reported stolen from a vehicle on Laurel and Fairview avenues on September 23-24.

Miscellaneous—A community notification meeting about three Level III predatory sex offenders registering to live in Saint Paul will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday, November 1, at the Saint Paul Police Western District, 389 N. Hamline Ave. The list includes Matthew Antonio Johnson, 34, registering to live on the 2100 block of University Avenue. Snelling-Hamline

Robbery—A strong-arm robbery was reported on Snelling and University avenues around 9 p.m. Thursday, September 22.

Miscellaneous—A driver was cited after striking a bicyclist on Summit and Snelling avenues around 6:03 p.m. Tuesday, September 27.

Summit Hill

Theft—A scooter was reported stolen on the 500 block of Lincoln Avenue on September 25-26.

—A purse-snatching was reported at the Running Room, 1068 Grand Ave., around 12:30 p.m. Saturday, September 24.

—A vehicle was reported stolen on the 500 block of Grand Avenue on September 26-27.

Summit-University

Theft—Catalytic converters were reported stolen from vehicles on the 200 block of Selby Avenue on September 23-24, on Portland Avenue and Victoria Street on September 25, and the 900 block of Ashland Avenue on September 26-27.

—A vehicle was reported stolen on the 500 block of Ashland Avenue around 6:49 p.m. Tuesday, September 27.

Miscellaneous—Felony damage to property was reported on Dayton Avenue and Farrington Street on Friday, September 23.

—Flood lights were damaged at Saint Clement’s Episcopal Church, 901 Portland Ave., during the evening of September 26-27.
