The following criminal incidents were compiled from Saint Paul and Mendota Heights police department reports and other sources gathered between November 3-7.

Highland Park

Theft—Vehicles were reported stolen on the 700 block of South Mississippi River Boulevard on November 1-2, the 1700 block of Graham Avenue on November 2-5, the 2000 block of Ford Parkway on November 4, and the 1700 block of Graham on November 5.

Lexington-Hamline

Robbery—A 48-year-old man and 33-year-old woman were arrested for felony robbery at knifepoint on Lexington Parkway and I-94 around 3:48 p.m. Wednesday, November 2.

Theft—A cellphone was reported stolen at Central High School around 4:42 p.m. Thursday, November 3.

Assault—A 24-year-old man was arrested for felony assault of an officer after he was stopped for shoplifting at the Midway Target around 7:03 p.m. Thursday, November 3.

Macalester-Groveland

Burglary—A residential break-in was reported on the 1300 block of Fairmount Avenue around 10:28 p.m. Saturday, November 5.

Theft—A vehicle was reported stolen on the 1800 block of Randolph Avenue on November 4.

—The catalytic converter was reported stolen from a vehicle on the 1800 block of Wellesley Avenue on November 4.

Miscellaneous—A 41-year-old man was booked for leaving the scene of an accident after he reportedly hit a parked car with his tow truck and walked away on Randolph Avenue and Griggs Street around 9:25 p.m. Sunday, November 6. He was located a short time later in the backyard of a nearby residence and was arrested. Additional charges included carrying an assault weapon and violating the open bottle law.

Mendota Heights

Burglary—Items were reported stolen from a vehicle in an underground garage on the 700 block of Linden Street around 4 p.m. Saturday, October 29.

Theft—Items were reported stolen from a vehicle on the 1200 block of Lilydale Road at 4:45 p.m. Saturday, October 29.

Merriam Park

Theft—A 38-year-old man was arrested for possession of stolen property and felony warrants after he was seen with a stolen vehicle on I-94 and Cretin Avenue around 1:52 a.m. Friday, November 4.

—Catalytic converters were reported stolen from vehicles on the 1700 block of University Avenue on November 2, and the 2100 block of Carroll Avenue on November 3.

—A vehicle was reported stolen on the 1900 block of Marshall Avenue on November 3-4.

Miscellaneous—Felony damage to property was reported at Mr. Michael Recycles Bicycles, 520 N. Prior Ave., around 8:40 a.m. Thursday, November 3. Police said a suspect returned to the scene hauling a reported stolen trailer. When confronted, the suspect drove through a fence and struck two cars.

—Felony damage to property was reported on Dewey Street and Laurel Avenue during the evening of November 2-3.

Summit Hill

Weapons—Gunfire was reported on Grand Avenue and Victoria Street around 1:44 a.m. Saturday, November 5.

Miscellaneous—Felony damage to property was reported on the 100 block of South Lexington Parkway around 10 a.m. Friday, November 4.

Summit-University

Robbery—A robbery at gunpoint was reported on the 100 block of North Milton Street around 9:14 a.m. Wednesday, November 2.

Theft—A bicycle valued at more than $1,000 was reported stolen on North Oxford Street and Ashland Avenue on October 30-November 2.

—Catalytic converters were reported stolen from vehicles on the 400 block of Ashland Avenue on November 1, and the 600 block of Hague Avenue on November 3.

—A vehicle was reported stolen on the 200 block of North Dale Street on November 6.

Assault—Police responded to a report of shots fired on Dale Street and Concordia Avenue around 4:48 p.m. Wednesday, November 2. A vehicle that had left the area rolled over on I-94 and a victim with a gunshot wound was transported to the hospital.

Weapons—Officers responded to multiple reports of gunfire and found spent shell casings in the street and bullet damage to a residence on the 800 block of Selby Avenue around 1:54 a.m. Saturday, November 5. No one inside the house was injured.

West End

Theft—Vehicles were reported stolen on the 1500 block of Race Street on November 3, the 400 block of Daly Street on November 3-4, and the 300 block of Daly on November 4.

Arson—A 49-year-old woman was arrested around 6:54 p.m. Thursday, November 3, for starting a brush fire at Famous Dave’s, 1930 W. Seventh St., and a dumpster fire at Wings Financial Credit Union, 1804 W. Seventh.
