The following criminal incidents were compiled from Saint Paul and Mendota Heights police department reports and other sources gathered between November 25-28.

Highland Park

Burglary—A residential burglary was reported on the 1300 block of Colby Street between 9:57-10:53 p.m. Wednesday, November 23.

—A break-in was reported at the Highland Bridge project at 850 Mount Curve Blvd. between 1:35-2:39 p.m. Friday, November 25. A burglary also was reported at 2270 Ford Pkwy. in Highland Bridge at 6:03 a.m. that day.

Theft—A U-Haul truck was reported stolen at Seventh Street Storage, 2060 W. Seventh St., around 8:55 p.m. Wednesday, November 23.

—Items valued at more than $1,000 were reported stolen from a vehicle on the 1800 block of Bohland Avenue between 6:14-7:07 p.m. Wednesday, November 23.

—Vehicles were reported stolen on the 1700 block of Graham Avenue on November 24, the 1700 block of Norfolk Avenue and the 1300 block of Alton Street on November 25, the 1300 block of West Maynard Drive on November 25, the 1700 block of Graham Avenue on November 26, and on Hillcrest and Cleveland avenues on November 27.

—Items were reported stolen from a vehicle at Hidden Falls Park around 2:50 p.m. Friday, November 25.

Assault—A gun-pointing incident was reported on Cleveland Avenue and Ford Parkway around 4:54 p.m. Wednesday, November 23.

Macalester-Groveland

Burglary—Residential burglaries were reported on the 1900 block of Goodrich Avenue around 7:24 p.m. Thursday, November 24, and the 1800 block of Wellesley Avenue around 5:41 p.m. Saturday, November 26.

Theft—Catalytic converters were reported stolen from vehicles on Cleveland and Grand avenues on November 22, the 1200 block of Sanford Avenue on November 24, on Fairmount Avenue and Kenneth Street on November 26, and on Fairview and James avenues on November 27.

—Items valued at more than $1,000 were reported stolen from a vehicle on the 1300 block of Grand Avenue between 4-6 p.m. Tuesday, November 22.

—Vehicles were reported stolen on the 2100 block of Jefferson Avenue on November 23, and the 200 block of Brimhall Street on November 27.

—Suspects reportedly stole more than $500 in items from Walgreens, 1585 Randolph Ave., around 3:40 p.m. Thursday, November 24. A male also stole $300-$500 in items from the store around 5:26 p.m. Friday, November 25.

Miscellaneous—A person running the area reported seeing a red swastika painted on the sidewalk at Mississippi River Boulevard and Princeton Avenue around 4:23 p.m. Friday, November 25.

—A 22-year-old man was arrested for DWI after observing a vehicle parked in the middle of the road at Lexington Parkway and Randolph Avenue around 3:57 a.m. Sunday, November 27.

Merriam Park

Theft—The catalytic converter was reported stolen from a vehicle on the 500 block of Desnoyer Avenue on November 24.

Miscellaneous—Felony damage to property was reported at the Twin Town treatment center, 1706 University Ave., between 4-5:25 p.m. Wednesday, November 23.

Snelling-Hamline

Burglary—Around $4,500 in valuables were reported stolen from a residence that was broken into on Snelling and Ashland avenues around 11:26 p.m. Saturday, November 26.

Summit Hill

Theft—Items valued at more than $1,000 were reported stolen from a vehicle on the 700 block of Grand Avenue between 4:30-6:30 a.m. Tuesday, November 22.

—The catalytic converter was reported stolen from a vehicle on the 700 block of Goodrich Avenue on November 24.

Summit-University

Burglary—A 48-year-old woman was arrested for breaking into a residence on the 700 block of Marshall Avenue around 8:42 a.m. Sunday, November 27.

Theft—Catalytic converters were reported stolen from vehicles on the 100 block of Mackubin Street on November 21-22, and the 800 block of Selby Avenue on November 24.

—Items valued at more than $1,000 were reported stolen from a vehicle on Selby and Western avenues between 5:20-9:15 p.m. Tuesday, November 22.

—A vehicle was reported stolen on the 1000 block of Laurel Avenue on November 26.

Miscellaneous—Felony damage to property was reported on the 200 block of North Saint Albans Street between 6-7:30 p.m. Friday, November 25.

West End

Theft—Items valued at more than $1,000 were reported stolen from a vehicle in the parking lot at 212 N. Smith Ave. on November 23-24.

Sex crime—A 40-year-old man was arrested for indecent exposure after he reportedly was seen naked on West Seventh Street and Kellogg Boulevard around 5:41 p.m. Sunday, November 27.

Miscellaneous—A boy was arrested for damaging the principal’s vehicle and threatening officers at Journeys Secondary School, 90 S. Western Ave., around 12:04 p.m. Wednesday, November 23.
