The following criminal incidents were compiled from Saint Paul and Mendota Heights police department reports and other sources gathered between March 2-3.

Highland Park

Theft—A suspect made off with stolen lottery tickets from Speedway, 1580 Ford Pkwy., around 7:11 a.m. Wednesday, March 1.

Miscellaneous—A 47-year-old woman was found asleep behind the wheel of a vehicle at the intersection of West Seventh and Montreal Avenue around 4:13 a.m. Wednesday, March 1. She was arrested for drug possession and intent to sell, driving after cancellation, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Lexington-Hamline

Theft—A running vehicle was reported stolen on the 400 block of North Lexington Parkway around 4:13 p.m. Thursday, March 2. The vehicle was later recovered nearby.

Merriam Park

Burglary—A burglary was reported at the Charles Thompson Memorial Hall, 1824 Marshall Ave., around noon-12:20 p.m. Sunday, February 26.

—A burglary and assault were reported at Episcopal Homes, 1850 University Ave., around 7:26 a.m. Thursday, March 2. The victim was transported to the hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening.

Assault—Two men were found on the ground following a fight on the 400 block of Roy Street around 7:57 p.m. Wednesday, March 1. Both parties said the other one started the fight and declined medical treatment.

Miscellaneous—Officers responded to a 911 hang-up at the Quality Inn, 1964 University Ave., around 8:48 p.m. Tuesday, February 21. A female victim said she met with her ex-boyfriend to exchange property when he started acting out and frightened her. She ran off with the male chasing her. She then entered her vehicle and drove away.

—A male was trespassed by officers following disorderly conduct at the University of Saint Thomas around 8:06 p.m. Thursday, February 23.

—Police arrested a 46-year-old man for hitting vehicles near the Merriam Park Library, 1831 Marshall Ave., around 1:04p.m. Wednesday, March 1. One vehicle suffered more than $1,000 damage.

—A 39-year-old man was arrested for DWI after he was found passed out on the road on Cretin Avenue and Mississippi River Boulevard around 11:21 a.m. Thursday, March 2.

Snelling-Hamline

Theft—Thefts of more than $1,000 were reported on University and Snelling avenues on February 25, and on Concordia and Snelling avenues February 27.

Summit Hill

Theft—Items valued at more than $1,000 were reported stolen from a vehicle on the 900 block of Fairmount Avenue on the evening of February 28-March 1.

—A theft of more than $1,000 was reported at the Union on Grand Condominiums, 1174 Grand Ave., around 7:39 p.m. Wednesday, March 1.

Summit-University

Burglary— A 35-year-old man was arrested for burglary after he was found on the second floor of the Vietnamese Senior Care Center, 1058 University Ave., around 9:22 p.m. Thursday, March 2.

West End

Theft—Items valued at more than $1,000 were reported stolen from a vehicle on the 200 block of West Seventh Street around 10:05 p.m. Tuesday, February 28.
