The Highland Bridge Medical Office held its grand opening on March 7 at the southwest corner of Ford Parkway and Mount Curve Boulevard. The two-story, 60,000-square-foot office building is anchored by M Health Fairview, which moved its Highland Park clinic at 2155 Ford Pkwy. into the new building at 2270 Ford. The clinic primarily occupies the second floor and includes physical therapy and sports medicine services. A pharmacy is on the first floor. The clinic is expected to not only serve the surrounding neighborhood, but also the anticipated 8,500 new residents moving into the 122-acre Highland Bridge development over the next decade.

Other tenants announced

The building is around 85 percent leased. Other tenants include Dermatology Consultants, which will move its practice from 280 N. Snelling Ave. this May into 12,000 square feet on the first floor. LifeStance Health will offer outpatient mental healthcare out of 4,100 square feet on the first floor. Highland Foot and Ankle Clinic relocated its practice from 2221 Ford Pkwy. into 1,600 square feet on the first floor. RAYUS Radiology will occupy 6,400 square feet on the second floor.  

Master developer Ryan Companies designed and built the medical office at Highland Bridge, which is located on the former site of the Ford Motor Company’s assembly plant in Highland Park. The office was built under the Saint Paul’s sustainable building standards and is on track to earn a LEED Silver certification.
