The following criminal incidents were compiled from Saint Paul and Mendota Heights police department reports and other sources gathered between March 11-13.

Highland Park

Theft—A vehicle was reported stolen on Highland Parkway and Woodlawn Avenue on March 10.

—The catalytic converter was reported stolen from a vehicle on the 1700 block of Field Avenue on March 11.

Assault—A 31-year-old man was arrested for felony assault and DWI after police responded to a report of a fight on the 1700 block of Norfolk Avenue around 9:22 a.m. Friday, March 10.

Miscellaneous—Felony damage to property was reported at Tiffany’s, 2051 Ford Pkwy., at 3:04 a.m. Monday, March 13.

Lexington-Hamline

Theft—The catalytic converter was reported stolen from a vehicle on the 1200 block of Concordia Avenue on March 3.

Assault—An aggravated assault with a gun was reported at Speedway, 399 N. Lexington Pkwy., at 4:20 p.m. Sunday, March 12. Three shell casings were recovered.

Macalester-Groveland

Burglary—Em Que Viet Restaurant and Bar, 1332 Grand Ave., was broken into and had change stolen from the till around 6:33 a.m. Saturday, March 11.

—An occupied residence was broken into on the 200 block of Stonebridge Boulevard around 6:47 p.m. Sunday, March 12.

—A man fled empty-handed after he was confronted trying to steal items inside a detached garage around 12:59 a.m. Sunday, March 12, on the 2100 block of Grand Avenue. The suspect was described as a white male, around 6-foot-1, medium build, with curly light brown hair and beard. He arrived in a red van driven by a white female.

Theft—The catalytic converter was reported stolen from a vehicle on the 1500 block of Berkeley Avenue on March 11.

—A theft from auto was reported on Mississippi River Boulevard and Summit Avenue between 1-3:15 p.m. Sunday, March 12.

Miscellaneous—A 20-year-old female driver was cited for failure to yield after injuring a pedestrian on Fairview and Saint Clair avenues around 4:06 p.m. Saturday, March 11.

Merriam Park

Theft—Catalytic converters were reported stolen from vehicles on the 400 block of North Fairview Avenue on March 9, and the 1600 block of Laurel Avenue on March 10-11.

Snelling-Hamline

Assault—A woman reported being assaulted near Hamline and Saint Anthony avenues around 3:23 a.m. Saturday, March 11.

Summit Hill

Burglary—A home-break-in was reported on the 800 block of Osceola Avenue between 8:13-10:05 a.m. Saturday, March 11.

Miscellaneous—Felony damage to property was reported at ReMax Results, 748 Grand Ave., around 9:40 a.m. Friday, March 10.

—A woman was arrested for DWI following an accident with injuries in the alley between Victoria Crossing East, 857 Grand Ave., around 11:30 p.m. Saturday, March 11.

Summit-University

Stabbing death—Police responded to a reported of a stabbing on Marshall Avenue and Arundel Street at 7:17 p.m. Saturday, March 11. The male victim was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Theft—A running vehicle was reported stolen on the 900 block of Concordia Avenue on March 10.

—The catalytic converter was reported stolen from a vehicle on the 800 block of Dayton Avenue on March 11.

Miscellaneous—Police investigated a report of lewd conduct at an apartment on the 400 block of Dayton Avenue on Sunday, March 12.

West End

Theft—A vehicle was reported stolen at Speedway, 1445 W. Seventh St., around 2:30 p.m. Sunday, March 12.

Assault—An assault with a gun was reported on the 200 block of Wilkin Street around 11:50 a.m. Sunday, March 12.

Miscellaneous—Officers arrested a 53-year-old woman and 36-year-old man for outstanding felony warrants after they were found in a vehicle on a dead-end street near Otto and Stewart avenues around 4:50 a.m. Saturday, March 11.
