The following criminal incidents were compiled from Saint Paul and Mendota Heights police department reports and other sources gathered between March 21-22.

Highland Park

Theft—A theft valued at more than $1,000 was reported at the Highland Park Community Center, 1978 Ford Pkwy., around 3:45 p.m. Sunday, March 12.

Lexington-Hamline

Burglary—The storage garage was broken into at Keystone Services’ Express Bike Shop, 1150 Selby Ave., at 1:13 a.m. Wednesday, March 22.

Theft—A suspect was arrested for felony theft after he snatched a phone from a male’s hand and tried to run from the Midway Target at 6:34 p.m. Tuesday, March 21.

—A 28-year-old man was arrested for felony theft and drug possession at the Midway Target around 1:06 p.m. Tuesday, March 21.

Merriam Park

Burglary—A residential break-in was reported on the 1700 block of Iglehart Avenue at 1:17 p.m. Tuesday, March 21.

Theft—Items valued at more than $500 were reported stolen from a vehicle at Spruce Tree Centre, 1600 Spruce St., between 3:20-9:20 a.m. Monday, March 20.

Snelling-Hamline

Burglary—Cash was stolen out of the register during a break-in at Feist Animal Hospital, 1430 Marshall Ave., between 1:25-9:11 a.m. Tuesday, March 21.

Summit Hill

Theft—Items valued at more than $1,000 were reported stolen from a vehicle on the 700 block of Grand Avenue around 11:15 a.m. Monday, March 20.

Summit-University

Burglary—A break-in was reported at the Blair Apartments, 400 Selby Ave., around 7:16 a.m. Tuesday, March 21.

Assault—An assault was reported near Tori Ramen, 603 W. Seventh St., around 1:19 p.m. Tuesday, March 21.
