The following criminal incidents were compiled from Saint Paul and Mendota Heights police department reports and other sources gathered between April 27-28.
Highland Park
Theft—Items valued at more than $1,000 were reported stolen on the 1200 block of Highland Parkway between April 18-26, and from a vehicle on the 600 block of South Cleveland Avenue between 9-10 a.m. Thursday, April 27.
—A vehicle was reported stolen on the 1300 block of West Maynard Drive on April 26-27.
Lexington-Hamline
Theft—A running vehicle was reported stolen at Speedway, 399 N. Lexington Pkwy., at 5:15 a.m. Thursday, April 27.
Arson—Police responded to multiple calls of a person starting fires on I-94 and Lexington Parkway at 7:35 p.m. Thursday, April 27. A female suspect was later taken to the hospital for a medical evaluation.
Macalester-Groveland
Theft—Catalytic converters were reported stolen from vehicles on the 1300 block of Saint Clair Avenue during the evening of April 25-26, and the 1600 block of Lincoln Avenue on April 26-27.
Miscellaneous—A suspect threw items inside the store and broke an exterior window after being confronted about shoplifting at Walgreens, 1585 Randolph Ave., at 11:18 a.m. Wednesday, April 26.
Mendota Heights
Theft—The catalytic converter was reported stolen from a vehicle at a hotel on the 1300 block of Northland Drive at 1:54 p.m. Sunday, April 23.
—A suspect was seen entering vehicles on the 1800 block of Hunter Lane around 5:56 p.m. Sunday, April 23.
—A vehicle was reported stolen on the 500 block of Winston Court around 7 p.m. Monday, April 24.
Miscellaneous—Police investigated an incident of a potentially dangerous dog running at large and harassing livestock on the 1500 block of Victoria Road at 3:37 p.m. Sunday, April 23. The dog owner was issued a citation.
Merriam Park
Burglary—Total Tool, 315 Pierce St., was burglarized around 3:19 a.m. Friday, April 28.
Theft—The catalytic converter was reported stolen from a vehicle on the 1500 block of Saint Anthony Avenue between 8:30-9:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 26.
—A vehicle was reported stolen on the 100 block of North Cretin Avenue between 7:08-8:58 a.m. Thursday, April 27.
Snelling-Hamline
Burglary—Tu Nails, 80 N. Snelling Ave., was broken into during the evening of April 25-26.
Summit Hill
Burglary—A residence was broken into on Avon Street south of Summit Avenue during the evening of April 26-27.
Theft—A work vehicle was reported stolen on the 500 block of Grand Avenue between 12:03-1:34 p.m. Wednesday, April 26.
Summit-University
Burglary—A break-in was reported at the Oromo American Twhid Islamic building, 430 N. Dale St., at 6:16 p.m. Thursday, April 27.
Weapons—A weapon-pointing incident was reported on the 800 block of Selby Avenue around 2:15 a.m. Thursday, April 27.
West End
Burglary—A break-in was reported at Bonfe’s Auto Body, 380 W. Seventh St., at 2:02 a.m. Thursday, April 27.
Theft—Tools were reported stolen on the 800 block of Watson Avenue around 11:27 a.m. Wednesday, April 26
