The following criminal incidents were compiled from Saint Paul and Mendota Heights police department reports and other sources gathered between May 2-3.

Highland Park

Assault—A 34-year-old man was arrested for felony domestic assault, violation of an order for protection and interference with a 911 call around 7:22 a.m. Monday, May 1, at the apartments at 1730 Graham Ave.

Lexington-Hamline

Theft—The catalytic converter was reported stolen from a vehicle on the 200 block of North Syndicate Street around 3 p.m. Thursday, April 27.

Macalester-Groveland

Theft—Catalytic converters were reported stolen from vehicles on Cambridge Street and Summit Avenue on April 27, and the 1800 block of Stanford Avenue on April 30.

Miscellaneous—Police responded to a report of someone with a gun at an apartment on the 1400 block of Grand Avenue at 10:36 p.m. Tuesday, May 2. Witnesses later said there was no gun, but a 26-year-old man was found standing by a broken window and was arrested for felony damage to property and providing false information to police.

Snelling-Hamline

Assault—An assault with a gun was reported at the Liffey Apartments, 304 N. Snelling Ave., around 1:38 p.m. Tuesday, May 2.

Summit Hill

Miscellaneous—Felony damage to property was reported at Re/Max Results, 748 Grand Ave., around 11:44 p.m. Wednesday, April 26.

Summit-University

Theft—Construction equipment was reported stolen from a trailer on the 1000 block of Carroll Avenue around 2:36 p.m. Monday, May 1.

Assault—An assault with a gun was reported at the Saint Paul Public Schools’ Gateway to College, 235 Marshall Ave., around 11:25 a.m. Tuesday, May 2.

Arson—A suspicious fire was reported on the 700 block of Holly Avenue around 8:05 p.m. Monday, May 1.
